Healthy Infused Water That Will SAVE Your Skin!

Now that it is winter, it is even more important to drink water. This is because cold, dry climates can cause our skin to become dry, dull and dehydrated. This can cause our skin to become less resilient and elastic, making it more prone to wrinkling.

So I know you have heard it 1,000,000 times before but to keep your skin happy and healthy, it is important that you DRINK WATER! Instead of drinking plain boring water though, spice it up with my five delicious and simple recipes which take less than 5 minutes to whip up!

Strawberry, Basil & Cucumber

Ingredients:
5 basil leaves, roughly chopped
3 strawberries, sliced
¼ cucumber, sliced
2 handfuls ice
1 litre water

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jug, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Mixed Melon Magic

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rockmelon, cut into pieces
1/2 cup watermelon, cut into pieces
1/2 cup honeydew, cut into pieces
1 litre water 

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jug, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Pineapple Ginger Delight

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into pieces or crushed
3cm piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1 litre water 

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jug, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Cucumber Lavender Mixer

Ingredients:
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
3 fresh lavender sprigs
1 litre water

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jug, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Kiwi Lime Cocktail

Ingredients:
3 ripe kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced or crushed
1 lime, juiced

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jug, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Remember, to help maintain clear glowing skin you should maintain a healthy diet, be doing regular exercise, getting plenty of sleep and using me at least once a week.
