3 Simple Overnight Oat Recipes!

Sick of eating the same thing for breakfast every morning? Well, why not change it up with these easy, delicious and (most importantly) nutritious overnight oats!

Coconut Pomegranate Overnight Oats
For all you coconut lovers, this recipe will make your mouth water! Juicy, sweet, crunchy and super healthy, this overnight oat combination can leave you feeling satisfied and full of energy for the day ahead.

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Drizzle of maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp coconut or vanilla extract
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut or almond milk

1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
2. Pour the mixture into two jars and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
3. Top with your favourite fruit before serving.

Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats

This flavour combo is to die for! The combination of peanut butter and bananas mixed with incredible creamy oats will rock your world. This recipe is the perfect match if you’re a sweet tooth, love caramel flavours and are also looking for something to eat for dessert (Yes, you can eat this for dessert too!).

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats (works better than quick oats)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp organic honey

Optional Toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Cinnamon

1. Place the banana in a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined. Make sure that the peanut butter is mixed evenly.
3. Top with fresh banana and/or dust cinnamon before serving.


Tropical Bircher Muesli
For those that are a lover of tropical fruits - this recipe is for you! Full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and everything you should start your day with - this combination will help keep you feeling satisfied until your next meal!


Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- ½ cup natural muesli
- ¼ cup wheat flakes
- 1 orange - one half juiced, other half peeled and cut into cubes
- Pulp of 1 passionfruit
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
- 5 strawberries, finely sliced
- 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt

1. Place the muesli, wheat flakes, half the cubed kiwifruit, half the strawberries, half the yoghurt and all of the orange in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight
3. Divide mixture into serving bowls and top with with remaining yoghurt and fruit. Enjoy!
