Avocado on Toast

This is the perfect meal to eat any time of the day, whether it be breakfast or lunch! Avocados are a source of omega-3 fatty acids which can help to reduce inflammation and keep your skin hydrated and glowing. 

Serves 2

1 ripe avocado
4 slices rye bread
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
Chilli flakes (optional)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Freshly sliced tomato



1. Toast bread to your liking.
2. In a bowl lightly smash the avocado with a fork and mix in the feta and chilli flakes (if you are using them).
3. Divide the avocado amongst the bread and top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and freshly sliced tomato.
