Clear Skin Cacao Pancakes

These pancakes are the perfect lazy Sunday breakfast!

- 1/2 cup buckwheat flower
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond or rice milk
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 banana, mashed


To Cook:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. 
2. In a seperate bowl mix the milk, honey, vanilla extract, egg and banana. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. 
3. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a fry pan on a low heat and pour 1/4 cup pancake batter in. Cook until bubbles start to appear, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
4. Top with your favourite berries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts and a little melted honey!
